Confirm before accepting

Send the ERPNext version, whether you use the standard POS or a separate POS app, and the cashier’s browser/OS and printer model. Also confirm whether Card means a separate terminal or an integrated payment provider.

I’ll check that the proposed approach covers your actual installation and agree the complete scope in writing before any payment. Your stock, tax, currency and payment rules stay with your ERPNext configuration.

Automatic physical printing depends on the printer/browser setup. The standard ERPNext “Print Receipt on Order Complete” setting opens a print preview; it is not by itself a silent-print integration.

What acceptance looks like

On your staging setup, a cashier completes cash and card sales from the main screen; ERPNext records each invoice once with correct totals and payment; the agreed printer receives the receipt; the next sale is ready. A declined payment, repeated click or printer failure must not create a duplicate sale. You receive the working code and setup guide.

Price and operating costs

The US$1,200 total includes my implementation and delivery fees. No extra charge is required to finish the agreed workflow. The offer uses your existing ERPNext hosting, terminal and printer; their ongoing service or payment-processing fees remain as they are today. No new paid service or hardware is assumed. If your setup requires one, its cost and the full total must be agreed before acceptance or purchase.

Five working days starts after the complete scope, authorized staging access, existing POS configuration, printer details and starting milestone are ready. Production deployment follows your approval of the staging result. No access credentials should be posted in the public thread.

About the demonstration

The linked demo is an original, standalone interface concept with synthetic products and simulated outcomes. It does not connect to ERPNext, charge a card or send a job to your store’s printer. It demonstrates the proposed cashier flow; compatibility with your installation remains to be checked.
